Refunds for Damaged or Melted Products

If your order arrives damaged or melted, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement. To process your request, please provide clear photo proof of the product’s condition within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns of Unused Products

Customers may return new, unused, and unopened products within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify:
    •    The item must be returned in its original packaging.
    •    Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
